Our Approach

We see ourselves as long-term continuing partners of our clients and aspire to connect at all stages of their growth. Our approach is planned in such a way that will add maximum value to our clients with minimum requirement of vital senior management time of our clients. We structure the process, in a typical transaction, on the following lines:

1. Collateral Generation : We help our clients in assessing changing market dynamics, positioning the business after reviewing the sector comparables and defining the desired outcomes. Alongside with our clients, we review and refine the business and financial plans, draw out the capital and cashflow requirements and structure the transaction. We summarize the documentation and presentation material for the first and subsequent meetings, based on the above process.

2. Roadshow : Subsequent to the collateral generation, we draw a list of potential targets / investors and establish personal contacts with them. We manage the information flow with the targets independently to save on the time of the client. The management of the client is brought into the process at the most appropriate time depending on the readiness and intensity of the target / investor. At each stage, we adequately update the client before and after each target / investor contact. During the course of the roadshow, regular development updates are communicated to our client.

3. Negotiations & Closure : Our processes are designed to produce the optimum competitive interest to provide our clients with maximum value in the transaction. We make use of our experience across deals to evaluate term-sheets and thereafter, assist the clients with the negotiations on price and terms. On client’s behalf, we typically coordinate the due diligence process for the tagets/investors. At each stage, we bring our significant product and trasaction know-how into play by modifying and fine-tuning trasaction structures to address the requirements of all the parties. We make sure that we remain involved right till the documentation and funding stage to ensure that the transaction closure is achieved speedily and in line with the original objectives.
